Returns

- Clear photos showing the issue

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless they were received damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Order Issues & Buyer Protection

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
